- Shake well before use: Shake the bottle thoroughly to ensure the formula is properly mixed and effective.
- Apply generously before sun exposure: Apply the spray liberally to the child's face and body about 20–30 minutes before they go into the sun. Reducing the amount of product significantly lowers the level of protection. For example, use about 4 sprays for a child's forearm.
- Rub in until fully absorbed: Spray the sunscreen onto the skin and rub it in thoroughly to ensure even and complete coverage. This is especially important for spray sunscreens to avoid missed spots.
- Avoid spraying directly on the face: For application to the face, spray the product into your hands first and then apply it to the child's face, avoiding the eyes and mouth.
- Reapply frequently: Reapply every two hours, or more often if the child is swimming, sweating, or towel-drying.
